Ok so I came across a new item from Diablosport that I may pick up. It's a new tuner thst looks like an iphone. It's supposed to replace the predator. If that's true, I'm glad I didn't buy myself a predator for Christmas. Any suggestions on it?

I would wait until its proven. The Predator has been proven. The Trinity was supposed to replace the predator too.

I've heard good things. I hear it is MUCH faster loading/backing up tunes. Not sure what other advantages it is supposed to have, but if you don't already have a Predator, it may be worth looking into after a little more time on the market.
