SMASHED UP R/T

Post by RTCHAS on Sun May 22, 2011 6:03 pm

What can I say about this, I'm Glad that the Wife and I are okay and the other driver and passenger are fine as well. BUT... I do all the things to protect my vehicles from scratches, weather, door dings rock chips keep it in the garage never drive with chance of rain in the forecast park all the way in the far corner of the mall lot and then........ some Stupid Jack Wagon makes a Left hand turn right in front of me while I'm doing 40 mph thru a Green light in the outside lane with a truck next to me and no place to go but into Her rear pass door! WTF ! I'm sick ever time I walk into the garage today. Thank God I was Not going fast cause I would have put her in to a Pole and it would have been ugly. Only bright side to it I hated the License plate screw holes from the Dealer tag on the front since day one now I can start fresh maybe a 2011 front bumper drop the ram's head emblem? Guess its time to Mod the exterior now...Any idea's guys Im open to suggestions guys maybe change the stripes, an SRT front lip ? Hood ? Grill upgrade? Com'n Give me your thoughts and pics if you seen something good.

Man taht really blows! Now its time to change her up! I would go with a carbon hood that looks like the SRT8's and a srt8 front end!

I did forget one thing by alot of duct and tape everything up and redneck. All joking aside glad u guys r O.K. .

Glad you guys are ok! Does anyone's insurance cover repairs? Doubt they'll pay for a carbon hood if they do!

Okay I talked to Tony and I feel good about this now he said he will treat my car as if it was his SRT Challenger ! Im going by this week so he can write an estimate on the damages. he said he will do What ever I want with the parts and repairs. I need to get the Police report and contact the girls company to get this thing going. Then its MOD time!

Hmmmm- don't know if you're into it, but I've seen some grille replacements based on the early 70's Barracude that I would love to have a reason to install in my R.T.

Jsut a thought.
